"Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. Em relação à acomodação, as fotos apresentadas são mais atrativas do que o apartamento em si, que possui características antigas, especialmente visíveis nas paredes. As casas de banho são funcionais, porém escuras. Os corredores de acesso apresentam um cheiro desagradável, provavelmente devido a lixeira próximo a uma das portas do corredor. Serve como paragem de descanso a caminho das ilhas."

"On one of the day my room was not cleaned,i asked the guy and he said i did not inform him,i told him it should be the other way around,if i inform him not to clean then there is no need to clean otherwise he should clean.Maybe the management should put the label slider or a hanger on the door to indicate if cleaning of the room is required. Other than that,not much issues,room and toilet is small but i took the standard room and for the price,there is no complaints.There is only one coffee shop...

"Pristine, powdery white sand just steps from our room. The resort provided plenty of comfortable loungers and umbrellas, so we never had to fight for a spot. Our recent stay here was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we stepped here, we were met with warm smiles and impeccable service that set the tone for the entire vacation."

"Pros The bed provided a good and comfortable sleep experience. The bathroom ventilation fan was working well. There was proper lighting at the dressing desk, which was helpful for makeup or grooming. The air conditioner cooled the room effectively. The lift was in good condition and functioned properly. Cons Poor bathroom condition: The bathroom was in very poor condition and clearly in need of an upgrade. In the first room, the shower heater was not functioning, which required a room change. In the second room, the water flow in the bathroom was very slow. Maintenance issues throughout the room: Several light points had exposed wires with no bulbs installed. Furniture was old and worn out. Walls had peeling paint, indicating lack of upkeep. Parking space was limited, and there were no reserved spots for guests. There was no phone in the room to contact staff, requiring a trip to the lobby/lounge for any assistance. During the 3 day stay, there was no indication or offer for room cleaning service. Suggestions for Improvement Immediate attention is needed for bathroom facilities, including fixing water heaters and improving water pressure. Install proper lighting (with bulbs), repair exposed wiring, repaint peeling walls, and refurbish or replace old furniture. Provide room telephones or an alternative easy way to contact reception. Establish a clear system for daily cleaning or at least inform guests about how to request housekeeping."

"Our recent stay at the Rocana Hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. While some members of staff were fun, friendly, and welcoming, others came across as the complete opposite, which made the overall experience feel inconsistent. The location itself is good and convenient, however the parking situation was frustrating. Although the hotel advertises parking, spaces are extremely limited and availability is very hit and miss. On more than one occasion, we had to park on the street and get up early in the morning to move the car before parking enforcement hours began, which was far from ideal. The room itself was a good size, however it felt very tired and in desperate need of remedial work and redecoration. This was also true of many of the common areas beyond the reception area, which appeared worn and poorly maintained. There were several cleanliness and maintenance issues that should not really be present in a hotel of this standard, including stained bed linen, towels that were supposed to be white but are now shades of grey/cream, cracks in the walls, a rotten bathroom door frame, mould in the bathroom, and an ill-fitting toilet seat. Overall, the property feels neglected and in need of significant refurbishment and better upkeep. With investment and more consistent customer service, the hotel could have potential, but sadly the current condition did not meet expectations."

"1. Toilet should have soft closure 2. Guider for birdwatcher and nature walk are good but can do better. For birdwatch, should bring the guest to the kayak area where more exclusive bird hang around and not lobby and dinning. Nature walk is quite nice but need a bit more training. For both, best i suggest give a guideline on topic to show and say. And if possible collect or take picture for animal evidence like bird feathers, otter walk around the estate, snake skin. "
