Em relação à acomodação, as fotos apresentadas são mais atrativas do que o apartamento em si, que possui características antigas, especialmente visíveis nas paredes. "Pristine, powdery white sand just steps from our room. The resort provided plenty of comfortable loungers and umbrellas, so we never had to fight for a spot. Our recent stay here was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we stepped here, we were met with warm smiles and impeccable service that set the tone for the entire vacation."

"Our recent stay at the Rocana Hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. While some members of staff were fun, friendly, and welcoming, others came across as the complete opposite, which made the overall experience feel inconsistent. The location itself is good and convenient, however the parking situation was frustrating. Although the hotel advertises parking, spaces are extremely limited and availability is very hit and miss. On more than one occasion, we had to park on the street and get up early in the morning to move the car before parking enforcement hours began, which was far from ideal. The room itself was a good size, however it felt very tired and in desperate need of remedial work and redecoration. This was also true of many of the common areas beyond the reception area, which appeared worn and poorly maintained. There were several cleanliness and maintenance issues that should not really be present in a hotel of this standard, including stained bed linen, towels that were supposed to be white but are now shades of grey/cream, cracks in the walls, a rotten bathroom door frame, mould in the bathroom, and an ill-fitting toilet seat. Overall, the property feels neglected and in need of significant refurbishment and better upkeep. With investment and more consistent customer service, the hotel could have potential, but sadly the current condition did not meet expectations."
