"We recently had two stays at the hotel for one night each. The resort on paper looks fabulous but sadly is let down by many failings. On our first stay our arrival was okay, the room was excellent, the food was good, but the service in the restaurant was very poor. The water features by the entrance were very dirty and the swimming pool a disgusting shade of green. On our second stay our arrival coincided with another small group and it was clear the staff were totally unprepared for both...
