4. The short Indian guy at counter extremely rude. Said Wifi in all the rooms the same !
5. The Wifi was absolutely non existent. Hardly was able to connect
6. I demand one day refund! I only stayed one night & had to leave. That room was toxic !"

I purposely left a few dollars on the bed as a tip for the housekeeping personnel to clean the room, change the towels, etc. But they didn't take it. In fact they even fold it nicely and put it on the table. It is an experience unlike with other hotels, some with four or five stars, I have stayed in before, whom will accept it readily. It portrays a very humble and honest image for the hotel.

It was a pleasant stay with the Corum View Hotel. It was my first hotel at Penang and I feel good with the king size bed. The location is near to market, shopping mall and supermarket.
