This is my first time checked in to the hotel.
The hotel staffs are very friendly from front desk to house keeping. Room is very spacious, but one thing that need to improve
Is the bathtub which is too high. It's very difficult to get in and out of the bathtub particularly for older folks. Upon checked out, I left my jacket in the wardrobe. Called the hotel staff, and the jacket is still there! And they are so kind enough to help me deliver to my home address without hesitation. Thanks to the...

there are parking area inside the hotel compound, which is actually terrace house, to park my bicycle. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Property condition need maintenance, the room i stay in shower holder broken, cabinet door broken / damage etc. But overall it was ok and manageble for one night stay.

Location is good with shopping centre nearby with just a walking distance. There a lot of eateries around. As for the room, there is a tv but only 2 channel to view. Front desk staff are kind and very helpful

A good choice. Even though just a three storey building but it has an elevator. surrounding area is good with many shops around n my room was facing 7-11 store.
it would b more better if they have a restaurant n the price comes with breakfast.
