"Terrible hotel. 1) Very dirty. 2) Room maintenance totally out. Plaster ceiling crack. Water leaking from on top of ceiling. 3) Shower gel provided in the mineral water. Low class services!! 4) Indian smell at front office 5) Front office sofa used to be sleeping bed by hotel employee. 6) Expedia didnt do an auditing on hotel? Just collect commission?"

"We have spent 8 nights at Gurney Bay Hotel All hotel staff were very friendly, cheerful and attentive. Location was excellent with nearby restaurants and shopping malls. The room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel breakfast was good with decent varieties of Malaysian cuisine. We must come back again for future vacation. "
