"Good place to stay for big group of friend"

"We love the Tudor! It was so beautifully decorated for Christmas when we visited in end Nov. Felt like we are in European hotel. The staff we met are all friendly and helpful. We stayed in the duplex room with the attic and it was a nice experience sleeping in the tudor attic. We will certainly visit again!"

"The room was not cleaned, it was so dusty. Bath tub water blocked, had water issue in bathrooms and no garbage collection was done"

"I think I booked for a bigger room but was given a standard (cheaper) room. It was for 1 night, so I didn't bother. Surrounding was nice, and very near to eatery and shopping. No shoes inside, NO TV, and no coffee/tea maker in room. We need to walk down to the common pantry to make coffee or noodles. Main door closed after 10pm and opened at 8am. No security. "

"This hotel’s location is good, walkable distance to center of Tanah Rata. The garden is nice and the staff is helpful but there are a lot of down sides of the place: - They don’t even provide soap in the toilet which is really inconvenient for people that are staying in shared bathroom rooms like us. - the room was full of mosquitos because there is no aircon and the windows don’t have nets. - the room and all the property was cold. - the room was really really damp and smelled bad. "Entire unit was very spacious. 3 rooms all clean and beautifully done. Amazing view from out balcony into tambun retreat. Complete kitchen stuffs provided. Android TV was a A plus addition. Entire unit was clean and nice. We had 3 amazing days. 4 mins walk into tambun retreat. Hope you can add mirrors inside the rooms and the door lock quite dangerous for kids. My 3 year old niece locked herself inside. Thank god she was smart enough to listen us how to unlock it. Other then that amazijg place...
