So seeking Expedia customer service and was a same result that hotel no pick up. So ibforce myself to make one more night booking and few minutes the hotel call me. "Overall is okay. For the toiletries, it is not complete, it would be great if they also provide tooth brush and tooth paste. In my opinion, the receptionist need to improve in behavior especially in talking with the customer. The welcome feels cold vibe, no smile at all, the tone like there no soul. Receptionist is important as it is the front liners of a hotel."
