Great hotel for vacation

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive!. They even have powerbanks and charging cables in e room. It's also near to the airport so if you do not want to hear aeroplanes then may nt work for you.

Great location, room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staffs.Price was reasonable and free breakfast. This my 5th time stay in this hotel. Will be back again for my next trip.

The location is perfect, at the heart of the city, walkable distance to all places of interest. Main thing to look forward to were the staff that were super hospitable! Extremely grateful to the staff for accommodating and giving guidance every step of the way and they were very quick too!

The owner was friendly and helpful. Contacted me a few days before my trip thru whatsapp, and even allow me to check-in earlier as the room was ready. The place is close to the coastal area of KK city and walking distance to a few shopping malls and the night market. Clean and neat place. Would recommend to others!

The hotel is good only tile cracked and toilet pipe not function properly need some repair I rating it 4star

Quiet hotel that is by the main road. Doesn't serve breakfast, but has a cafe that opens rather late IMO. Was told at the opposite side of the road has a food stall that sells nice fried noodles, but I didn't try. Sufficient parking space. Provides basic anemities which was nice.

Very helpful and responsive staff. Anything you need and if they can help, they'll help immediately. Neighbourhood a bit dodgy in the night but it's safe and quiet inside. They have hbo go so you can watch your favourite movies. Nice that they have powerbank you can use when you go out. Rooms are very small but cosy. Shower is see thru from the little room.

1. The Oceanus Shopping Mall is not fully operational. However the 3 convenient-marts along the corridor did help. 2. The bathroom walk-in closet is fantastic. More lighting in shower and vanity area will help in attending ourselves. Sofa and carpet looks pretty aged. It will be good if there’s a sofa cover (washable) to rest on, feeling more fresh and comfortable. The tv top quarter screen illumination is dark-shaded, uneven one-sided brightness. It was really a pleasant stay and the view was so beautiful. Our charity golf was well organised there.

We arrived at nearly 10pm and didnt have the self check-in details so we had to send a text to receive the door codes. One of the rooms they said was ours already had people sleeping inside! Fortunately they gave us another room and we found them simple but comfortable. The shower was excellent!

The staffs as mentioned in the title, are very friendly and helpful in serving you. I lost my water bottle during the water rafting which I booked with the hotel itself, and the staffs are very efficient and willing to help me out in order to get the water bottle back.
