"The only thing this property has going for it is the location and proximity to Setia Convention Center. Rooms are very basic and well worn. The bathrooms had mold in them. The kitchen had 3 plates, 1 bowl, 2 mugs and 3 spoons and forks. The fridge was rusty, there was food scraps under my bed. The sofa was well worn. The towels were thin. It is a very basic room. "A good stay for a few nights if you’re looking for inexpensive without the frills. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Filtered water dispensers on each floor, and that was a bonus; bottled water also included in the room. It is convenient that the location is in a plaza, which includes laundromats, convenience stores, and restaurants."

"All round an excellent stay that suited my needs."

"Was a location close to where I needed to be. Check-in (after hours) was a bit clumsy. But otherwise pleasant stay, nice homely apartment, and they were able to deliver a basic breakfast in the early morning so that I could catch my early flight."
