"I had a truly exceptional stay at the Geno Hotel. From the day shift to the night staff, the service was world-class. In all my travels, I have never been treated like just another guest; I felt like part of the family. The care from the entire team—from the managers to the young man at the front door—is unlike any other. I especially want to thank the restaurant staff. Every time I returned from shopping at the local shops, they seemed genuinely happy to see me, greeting me with huge smiles and a warm 'welcome back.'
