"Stayed here many times. Convenient location , close to airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are well set up. Early start time for breakfast much apprecuated for travellers having early departures. "

"Grand lobby, impressive decor. Front desk assistant spoke English in soft tone and at times, unclear to me. Stayed at triple deluxe room on the 16th floor. The bathroom was flooded with water at least 2 inches in height. The water took at least half an hour to clear the bathroom. For a few stars hotel, this shouldn’t have happened!"
