"My stay at the FOX Hotel Glenmarie was marred by several concerning incidents. The most alarming occurred shortly after check-in when another couple was mistakenly assigned to my occupied room. This created an awkward and uncomfortable situation for all parties involved. While this may have been due to a lag in their reservation system, such a basic security and privacy breach is unacceptable for any hotel. The problems continued when my key card suddenly stopped working after reporting the room mix-up, requiring me to make an unnecessary trip back to reception for reprogramming. Adding to the disappointment, my rest was frequently disturbed by the constant noise of elevator chimes and slamming doors during the early morning hours. These issues reflect poorly on the hotel's operational standards and significantly impacted the quality of my stay."
