Loved this place. Great location, friendly staff and the room had lots of extras eg phone charger and back massager that made this hotel one of our favourites!

Even though this property isn't an apartment hotel (we stayed in a suite suitable for 3 people), they still provided dinnerware upon request. Water bottles provided everyday. Very close to nice shopping mall (5 minute walk) and taxi stand. Best to take a taxi to Kanazawa station.

金沢は始めたの旅でした。食事や芋どころ、バスなどを芪切に教えお頂きたした。 フロントの男性も女性も明るくお優しい察応でした。ずおも気持ちよく楜しい旅になりたした。立地も良くお最高。たた利甚したいず思いたす。

The only thing I would ask to improve is continental breakfast options. Just having cereal and a bit more fruit would be nice. Other way is not worth to pay for breakfast.
