The rooms are big enough for a 1 - 2 person stay. Shower/bathroom is very clean and large(for Japan) Staff is helpful, and check-in/out is easy. There are automated Kiosks for both, but if you need help, the staff speaks english. Hotel has a breakfast buffet. Hotel is in walking distance to Umeda Station, and nice shopping district

金沢駅から徒歩圏内なので立地がいいです 普通のビジホですが夜は静かでしたし スタッフの方も人当たりが良く 気持ち良く過ごせました 同じ経営のホテルで東館が隣にあり そこには大浴場があって使わせてもらえるので ありがたいです

1泊10,000円以下でしたが、金沢駅から徒歩3分ほどの近さで お部屋も他の同金額のビジネスホテルより広かったです。 本館は15時からでしたが、東館にて朝から荷物の預かりにも対応いただけました。 お部屋にシャワーとバスタブありましたが、浴場もあるようです。 金額がお安かった分、金額以上のサービスでした！

本館はコスパ良いけど些か古いです！一応リノベーションしてるけど・・・不快では無い。空調・寝具。湯量は快適。交通便利な場所です。カミソリとスリッパ持参をおすすめする。

夜中の1時過ぎにフロントからの電話で起こされました、電話内容は、近くの部屋からうるさいと苦情が来てますが違いますか？と。 寝ていたため騒音の元ではないし、確かにどこかからドンドンしてる音が聞こえている。 うるさいと苦情があるならフロントから各部屋に電話するのではなく現場に来て音が出ている部屋を探して直接行くべきです。 非常に不愉快でした。

豪華ではないけど、小綺麗で大浴場があって、リーズナブルな良い宿です 連泊時の部屋の掃除は不要と断った際、タオル類の補充を部屋の前に置いておいてくれると説明があったのに、忘れられていたのが残念でした
