I loved this property, amazing location in the older part of town. It has a really traditional feel about it but has all the modern comforts and amenities needed. Hosts were friendly and very helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful traditional accommodation in historical district of Kanazawa. Very comfortable accommodation. Weather in Kanazawa was inclement and perhaps we should have been warned to bring umbrellas offered by the accommodation. Minor detail but otherwise the staff were super helpful and friendly. Such a beautiful accomodation, loved the stay and would return again. The streets are narrow so the taxis/ cars can only drop you at the closest side street, not at the front door. Not many restaurant options open at the time we were there. About 30 minutes walk to Omichi Market, Kanazawa Castle and Kanazawa Station.

terrible experiences...

we were not happy about this choice...have regretted that i should have got mitsui garden hotel instead. first of all, we could not find the place though we drove around the area for more than 40 minutes. to make the matter worse, friend's new lexas got stuck and could not get out the narrow street. took at least stressful 30 minutes. we gave up and asked a barber shop. i had to run around another 30 minutes and finally found the place, but nobody was inside...only the number for emergency...i had to use the friend's phone to call...a guy showed up on a bicycle to tell us where we stopped was the closest to the inn and due to no access by the car, we had to drag heavy luggages for about 200 meters...later, we found there was closer access next morning, when we got a taxi. it was a nightmare!!! then futons were thin and hard. no sheet for a blanket!!! another nightmare. regretted again i should have reserved more well known larger hotel!!! the girl, kaori-san and the other night shift young man were very nice and wonderful, though...we could not go to the market or any small places in the famous area...

Serait parfait avec de la lessive / pain à discrét

L'emplacement est top car situé dans le quartier des geisha tout en étant trÚs calme. L'hébergement est propre, spacieux et trÚs beau. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons trouvé la porte fermée et ne sachions pas quoi faire : aucune indication n'était notée sur la porte. Heureusement, 10/15 min, une personne est venue. Tout est parfait, mais c'est vraiment dommage que l'établissement ne fournisse pas quelques doses de lessive (comme nous en avons eu dans d'autres hébergements moins onéreux par ailleurs). Le petit-déjeuner est servi sur un plateau. Nous avons demandé à avoir du pain en plus car nous avions tout mangé, et nous avons été sidérés de recevoir un refus. Je comprends qu'on ne puisse pas avoir des croissants en plus, mais quelques tartines de pain, ce n'est quand même pas grand chose sur le prix d'une nuit.

金沢の名所、ひがし茶屋街の䞭にあるずいう事、そしお町屋ずいう文化が詰たった建造物に宿泊できるずいう事、この2぀を同時に満たした時の満足感は半端じゃないです。客宀、蚭備、接客も申し分なく、朝食もなかなかしっかり腹を満たしおくれるし、䜕よりコヌヒヌを䞀杯ず぀ドリップしおくれるのが嬉しい。ここに泊たるなら2泊以䞊がオススメです。 泚意点ずしお。 駐車堎遞びを間違っおはいけない事。床板の間に埃が溜たりやすい事。コンビニが近くに無い事。 ずいった感じでしょうか。

町屋の静かな空間です。広く、キッチン、テヌブル、掗濯機などがあり、フリヌ滞圚に最適。 眮いおあったコヌヒヌもよく、ゎミ捚おも楜でした。糖質制限の劻の朝食も配慮頂き快適な滞圚でした。呚囲の環境も申し分ないず思いたす。

Amazingly beautiful ryokan located in the heart of Higashi Chaya district. Could not have had a better stay with excellent staff. I would stay there again. Rooms and pictures of the property were as advertised. Only note to add would be to figure out the parking situation before hand as the streets are very narrow around the hotel.
