"The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. Management at both legacy sites was non existent. I contact you last wednesday to complain and ask for a refund. I was told l would hear from you in 24 to 72 hours. I have not heard. "No había toallas no había trabón no tenían sábanas para la cama ni ropa de cama el aire acondicionado no funcionanadie esperaba que llegara ni comprobaron nada si había que hacer checking o nada. no salí agua de los grifos de el lavabo ni podrías tirar de la externa en el water. había pelos en la ducha y toda la habitación estaba muy sucia había pelos en la ducha y nunca hay nadie para poder solucionar nada y cuando encuentras a alguien nunca sabes nada y llaman por teléfono a otras personas...

"This is a true gem. The owners were wonderful. They called to check on me and even surprised me with dinner a couple nights (which was amazing). The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked well. I will surely stay there again. The WiFi signal was the best I have ever experienced in The Gambia. I highly recommend it. They told me they are opening a restaurant in December which will be great. "
