Do NOT STAY HERE! They over charged me… and blamed it on Expedia. They broke down the charges at the front desk and then after I left, I noticed some extra charges so I called back to inquire and the lady at the front desk was just as confuse as me. She came with many reasons on why I was overcharged and by the end of the conversation she told me they was keeping my $100 deposit for the whole cost of the room…(my room was $100 cheaper) and they would be returning the extra $50 they took off my card. I never have been charged after I checked out for a deposit before the stay and I’ve seen other reviews of which they have done this also. This is terrible as I’m on the road and need my money and would never pay that kind of money to stay here. Total scam and not worth the headache. Can’t believe I’m even fighting for my hard earned money. Never again

Property was decent and clean, but very overpriced for the quality. The hotel clerk gave me a very used and dirty sleeve for my key holders which I thought was bizarre. They seemed to try and cut cost by cutting corners in some ways. Again, for the cost, not worth it. High demand weekend and they took advantage of it.

It was really easy and convenient, right off the highway as we just needed a place to sleep for the night. It was clean, very spacious room, but you could tell the floors were really thin. We checked in late, so I was trying to keep our boys quiet, but just walking on the floor, seemed really loud. I also found it odd that the breakfast only went until 9 AM on a Sunday morning. I spoke with the manager, and he made a comment about how they needed to clean it up before the city people started to come in. Not sure what that actually meant.

The walls appear to be a little thin because you can hear every person walking down the hallway and in the room next to you which is usually the case in most hotels. Poor service!!
When we arrived to check in after a very long day of travel, we were met with the hostess telling us we had to pay more after pre-booking through Hotels.com and pre-paying for the room. We were told that Hotels.com did not pay the full amount. When we objected the hotel manager or owner was called and he was not helpful at all. In fact he told us we could just leave and he would cancel. It was late and we ended up paying the extra money. The room was fine, but both the toilet paper roll and the towel bar fell off the wall. Breakfast was not great. Find another hotel.

Very nice property. Reason for 4 stars breakfast was sub par. Bananas were soft and all had brown spots. Have fresh bananas. Sausage looked like it was from yesterday and my husband didn’t even finish them and I never took one because they looked old and dried out. Eggs were almost empty at 8 o’clock. Didn’t see anyone manning breakfast area. Otherwise very nice place.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed at.
Room was not very clean. Bathroom had hair everywhere.There was makeup on counter and half used shampoo bottles. Fridge was broken and dirty. Nothing was stocked. We had to get cups from front desk.I mentioned dirty room to front desk. She just handed me cleaner and a rag. I wiped everything down myself. The hotel is in a questionable area. It is also right next to a busy highway. You will here traffic all night along with the people above you. The floors squeak loudly and the people upstairs were stomping around all night.

It was a comfortable room. Down side is either walls too thin or because it could've been a connecting room that the noise from too loud of TV all day and night for 2 days was terrible! Then I walked by the same cheerio and piece of paper in hall for 4 days before vacuum was done. I probably won't stay there again not due those reasons but not pet friendly.

I liked the property very much. The building and rooms themselves looked new. The breakfast was ok. It was a hot breakfast, but there wasn't anyone caring for it. The lady from the front desk had to keep getting called back to the breakfast area to refill things and food wasn't fresh. What bothered me the most about my stay was check in. I had already paid my bill except for local taxes. The price I was charged at the check in was higher that what I was given over the phone. The person said to just pay it because her manager wasn't there and she couldn't do anything about it until next morning. Next morning when I checked out, of course, only same girl was there. No manager. When I checked out she wouldn't print me a receipt to verify what I had been charged. It all just seemed shady.

Our stay was good. There were a few glitches like the elevator was out when we checked in but the lady was nice enough to get us a first floor room. The breakfast was okay but the juice machine was completely out and it didn't have a sign on it so people kept going up to it. Overall the stay was nice the room was great!

Went to shower, only to find a dirty, hairy rowel hanging from the shower rod. Went to the front desk and instead of giving me a new room (the hotel was pretty empty) all they did was say sorry. I will never stay here again.
