Aesthetic, spacious, comfortable. Overall darkness, but floor-ceiling window brighten room. Bathroom lacks counter space. Not useful. Counter is low; sink is shallow & flat that water splashes everywhere no matter how careful you try to regulate the water flow. Still splashes on floor. There are no handles or knobs on both closet and bathroom doors making it awkward to grip, open or close.

The hotel is very nice. But the restaurants are not well managed. Good food but not fresh. Long lines for breakfast.

The bidet was not functioning properly even after staff came and fixed once. The pillows did not have enough support. Not enough electrical outlets. Room was not well lit. Room was clean, housekeeping was thorough, snacks and drinks provided and stocked. Staff was overall friendly and very helpful. Bedding (other than pillow) was soft and very comfortable. I would go back.

Great location and friendly staff. Room is nice and clean. Daily refilled free drinks in the fridge and surprise supply of cookies is a plus. Very unique rooftop pool with transparent side wall. Highly recommend.

We like to stay at this hotel due to its convenience to MRT and all the shopping. The services from the staff are excellent. The hotel room is a little small and dark and elevator is a little slow. Overall, I will choose this hotel again.

Our Favorite Hotel in Kaohsiung

Luxury Kaohsiung Getaway
This is truly a wonderful hotel! From our pick up at the high speed rail station to our beautifully appointed and well-stocked room to the delicious breakfast, everything was 5 star quality. The neighborhood was fun and easy to navigate. We used Uber to explore other parts of the city, but public transportation is also available. Our stay was from Wednesday to Saturday and we noticed a big jump in the number of guests on the weekend. We will definitely be back to enjoy more.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The place is private and secure. The sky swimming pool and bar were fun, although the music was a bit loud. The food was great! Overall, I would recommend it worth trying!
