"The hotel wasn't terrible. There is a huge language barrier as not a lot of their staff speak english which caused huge problems booking, with the restaurants in the hotel and a general understanding however i will say thst the staff that did speak english were amazing. I just found it strange they would use front of house staff that didnt understand english for crucial roles. The buffet wasnt worth the money at breakfast unfortunately however the 45 floor japanese bbq was great and worth the money for sure. "

"The room smelt moldy. The lobby near where the escalator is also smell like a combination of drainage and perfume. The bathroom is newly renovated but the other part of the room is pretty run down. "
