"The hotel was well situated within walking distance of Shinguku Station, but other than that, the hotel is just a tourist factory - with very little flexibility to accommodate early and late checkouts. The room was great and well-kept. It was, however, not good value for money. "

"This hotel was ok at best. The pool didn't open until 2 pm, it's not close to anything other than the airport. The rooms are hot as can be and the breakfast buffet was decent. Unless you have an early flight and want to be near the airport, I would skip staying here."

"We are a family of 3. My child flew in separately. When we booked this property, the selected room was advertised as 2 large twin beds and able to sleep for 4. However, when we got there, we were forced to upgrade and paid daily upgrade room fee and another service charge, we were told that the room was for two people only. We had no choice but to accepted the fees. It was outrageous to charge two separate fees when we paid the service fees already on the initial booking. Then the charging daily upgrade fee was being excessive. It should have been a one time fee. Also, the bathroom was so tiny. You could barely moved around there. Also, the air conditioning didn’t work well. The room became stuffy at night. "

"Wir hatten Glück im Voraus für eine weniger beliebte Zeit preiswert zu buchen und haben unsere Zeit genossen. Das Zimmer bot viel Raum und war modern. Der Onsen war nicht so voll wie in anderen Hotels, in denen wir schonmal waren. Gehen sie aber früh, um wirklich Ruhe zu haben. Abends planschen dann nämlich oft die Kinder laut rum. Die Bahnstation ist nur wenige Meter weit entfernt. Umsteigen muss man allerdings fast immer, wenn man in die Innenstadt möchte."

"The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, with a great view. The room was also larger than we expected, a big plus. Breakfast annd shower were awesome. The staff were helpful. We enjoyed the location, near several subway stops and inside a park area. They let us check out late which was super helpful. Small points to consider: 1. Our taxi, hailed by the staff who explained our destination to the driver, took us to the wrong museum. Recommend only using uber. 2. The toilet room light was bright and came on during nighttime visits, waking everyone up. Recommend smaller night light. "

"Walkable from Terminal 3 if the weather's nice and you want to get some steps. The shuttle is convenient too, meeting timetables even when packed. The room was relativly spacious, nice and quiet, and even had a view. The breakfast was basic but appreciated. I only wished fresh milk was available."
