Budget luxury in Thamel
All the positives are the lovely fresh cooked breakfast, swimming pool on roof, super friendly and helpful staff. The manager went out of his way to help us book trips and tickets and of course I am aware that he takes a cut. Location good just on the edge of north Tamel. Internet a bit sketchy. No complaints from me!

Location off the road. my room was full,of smoking residue.Indian nonsmoker travel should think twice for opting this hotel . what will ever be always in my memoray,for drop to airport 1994 model Maruti 800 was provided having nothing to give feel good factor.Factualy this should not be in use. Restaurant services worth appreciating providing healthy food.

Amazing staff, super comfortable and modern rooms
I had an amazing stay at the hotel after my long hike. The rooms are super comfortable and everything is brand new. The staff is super super friendly. Reama went out her way to help me out with a few things. The swimming pool on the rooftop is a huge plus. Great breakfast too.

They don’t have a cancellation policy. This sucks as I had an emergency and couldn’t fly. The Expedia customer service and the hotel customer service had no compassion.

Very good location just a few minutes walk into Thamel, with all the shops and cafes etc. 25 minute walk down to Durbar Square which is an experience in itself. The small hotel but offers all you need. It is fairly new and has a nice terrace and restaurant bar downstairs. Reception is very friendly and keen to see you are happy. A lift services several floors. The bedrooms are very nice. The best of all is the roof top terrace with a small swimming pool and wonderful all round views including Monkey Temple hill.

Staff very excellent and very helpful. Although swimming pool is small it made for a lovely end to the day watching the sun set over the mountains and the city before enjoying a beer on the roof. A great experience. Good location, quiet but very close the center of Thamel. Short stay as only passing through but would definitely return.

Highly recommend! Amazing staff. Great continental breakfast - so many choices! Nice rooms. Good location. Only qualm is wifi is not very strong in the rooms. Other than that I would definitely stay again!

The property, rooms and dining area are very clean. The services on behalf of everyone are exceptional. I arrived after 11pm and was promptly checked in. My room was clean and crisp. The bathroom was spotless. Kathmandu is a crazy place this hotel will give peace and quiet. The food was made to order with a variety to select from. The breakfast buffet is perfect. Thames shopping district is a 8-10 minute walk. Amrit will see to all your needs and his local knowledge is immensely helpful. Need a taxi no problem you can walk a short distance and find one or ask the hotel to summon one. Meenu, is your breakfast host providing excellent service with a most beautiful smile. There are many hotels to choose from so this one will be a sure bet.

The hotel is run by a family . The hotel is clean and hot water is there once you turn it ON .The bed room is quite spacious , all the things are in new and good conditions . Breakfast even though is not wide spread but is simple and wide tasty . The staff are helpful and nice . Surprisingly , they have a lift to each floor . They have a swimming pool on the highest floor . Really kool ! I can see that they have put a lot of heart into making this hotel works , in terms of design is a modern design with lift , swimming pool , buffet sitting is very comfortable . Hotel staff are helpful . Yes is indeed a BEAUTIFUL KATHMANDU GUESTHOUSE !

Quiet and comfortable place just outside of thamel
Very nice and obviously new hotel Helpful and friendly staff Small but very clean room Good WiFi Air condition Very nice roof terrace with beautiful sunset view over the city Good breakfast - only missing ‘real coffee’ During the day there’s noise - but still relatively quiet for thamel. The nights were perfectly quiet - just the sounds from the corridor come through. Thamel is just around - which means many restaurants and shops

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Easy to walk around Thamel from here. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Beds are very comfortable. Very good value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel

There were several great things about this property. First, I'd say it was the location. It was on a quiet side street, which seems rare in Kathmandu, but only a 2 minute walk to a popular shopping region. The other aspects of the hotel I loved was how clean it was, the rooftop terrace was well maintained and had a great view and finally, the dahl bat at the restaurant. I had a lot of dahl bat in Nepal and this version was the best by far. The staff was great, shuttle to the airport seamless, so I'd strongly recommend this property.

Modern option in Kathmandu
Being only a few months old, the general feel and fit-out of the hotel was very modern and was a nice change compared to most of our other accommodation. The aircon worked well, the rooftop pool was devine with fantastic views out over Kathmandu. Breakfast had a reasonable spread with varied hot option but I hope you like garlic!

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The locations is excellent, quiet, yet close to a busy area. The place was well maintained and very clean. The breakfast was great. You can have a fantastic view from the roof top.

For the fact there are tons of hotels in Thamel, this particular hotel stands out for their warm, hospitable and cheerful staff. Special mention of Reema who made me feel right at home although I stayed only for 1 night and after my trek, for an hour to collect my bag. Facilities wise, the hotel and room are clean and cosy. Didn't manage to use the swimming pool but I'm sure it's great for relaxing the trekkers' muscles. The breakfast is adequate for me. For this price, I definitely made the right choice and would not hesitate to stay again.

L'accueil est chaleureux et agréable. La situation de l'hôtel dans Thamel est très pratique et cependant très calme. Vue magnifique sur la ville depuis le toit terrasse. Ne pas hésiter à dîner le soir à l'hôtel si l'on est trop fatigué pour ressortir : la cuisine est très bonne. Je retournerai dans cet hôtel lors d'un prochain séjour.

Die Unterkunft liegt relativ ruhig am Rand von Thamel. Leider wird im Moment rundherum sehr viel gebaut, so dass es ab ca. 7Uhr lauter werden kann. Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu und man hat von der Dachterasse einen schönen Ausblick. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist okay. Leider hatten wir abends immer nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen, nur morgens war es mal lauwarm. Shoppingmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe.

Personeel was fantastisch. Kamer was modern en schoon. De bedden zijn lekker zacht en er is een goede regendouche. Zwembad is perfect om even te relaxen. Ontbijt simpel maar oke.

It is a new hotel, staff is very pleasant and the best cleaned hotel in our trip in Nepal. New bedlinnen daily! Location is perfect for walking to Thamil. The hotel has only one parkingplace. NOT convenient loading or unloading of car. Internet is 5stars. We shared some thoughts with the management on ´´little´´ technical issues. Why is hotel management not sleeping in their own location and think practically? Thank you staff for given us great stay in Kathmandu.
