What truly elevated my experience, however, was the outstanding leadership of the Resort Manager, Efthymios Katsenios. His presence is felt throughout the hotel, ensuring every guest is cared for with genuine hospitality and excellence. Efthymios goes above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere and his dedication to delivering a flawless guest experience is truly remarkable. The service across the entire team was impeccable, attentive, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. It’s rare to find a place where everything feels so effortlessly perfect. The pools were lovely, although the Children’s pool was closed and the main pool was on the cold side. However the heated indoor pool was great for the children to swim in. Kids Club facilities are amazing, equipped with soft play and extensive activities. Children have to be 4yrs old to be left unattended, however you can gain access to supervise younger children."

"Fantastic hotel, in a great location, only meters away from the seafront and public transport. The rooms are immaculate clean, great buffet for breakfast or dinner and a nice area around the pool to relax and unwind. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable."

"The issuing of a key was not possible as their system had broken down and overall checkin took longer than I expected. The rooms are described as being sound proof but in fact I could still hear the horns of cars inside my room. I was given an upgrade. In regards to security, normally your room number isn’t said out allowed but the receptionist did and then when I was escorted by the bellboy he announced my room number out loud in the corridor. Had a good sleep and the breakfast buffet was excellent."
