"Our villa was lovely and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and brought directly to the villa We had a lovely holiday here and would really recommend Pleiades Villas. Our only slight disappointment was that the villas were 3 miles away from where Expedia said they were!! The staff were extremely helpful to assist us in communicating with Expedia however. "

"We loved our stay at Meliti hotel, the staff was very nice, and we are already missing the wonderful view. Breakfast was lovely and different every day and the hotel was quiet and relaxing. As the hotel is located equidistant from Agios Nikolaos and Elounda you would be better with a car, although at the bottom of the street there is the bus stop for both places. Nearby tavernas we tried were also very nice. "

"As we checked in we were given a room with non functional AC and stains on the sheets. Smelled like old. At the second day we were changed in a better room with much better AC and better cleansed. Rooms are generally very small and bathrooms are unusual tight. Food was excellent and more than enough. "

"Room was very clean, lovely amenities, felt very luxurious. Delicious food, musicians at breakfast even! Would highly recommend it to all. Only low score was for eco-friendliness because we have no idea about their environmental considerations, and we were regularly served plastic straws wrapped individually in more plastic, and with Crete being windy the straws and wrappers were flying littering everywhere."

"We had a great 10 days stay in the hotel. Excellent facilities and a great pool area on the top of the hill. The room was advertised as a swim-up room with a little misleading picture here in Expedia. Instead of the swim-up rooms that share a long pool on the terrace area we lived at the pool site around two buildings with approx 10 room. Actually the better choice as it was very calm, was equipped with sunbeds for e very room and additional canopies. Had a great view towards the sea and the sunset every night. You just need to beware if you expect the same room as shown in the pictures. Great selection of food with different themes every day. Staff was a little slow at times, but still friendly."
