"Clean rooms, don’t get your hopes up for breakfast. They say it is ready between 6:30 and 9:30 NOPE! First two days of my stay breakfast was gone by 8:45 am with about 9 other guests wanting breakfast. Then the 3rd day went down at 645 the cook overslept so breakfast was late. Not a big deal until I came down at 830 and everything gone and not cooking anymore to feed other guest. Also don’t ask for extra coffee pods for your room because the front staff will tell you they don’t have any. So I asked the nice cleaning lady and she gave me a couple extra. I also only had one washcloth in my room. I would not recommend this place if you are counting on trying to save money and eat breakfast there."

"This hotel is 8 years old but you would never know it. It is SO clean! Everything looks brand new. They put out an amazing breakfast spread. There is a bar in the lobby. Snacks, sandwiches, drinks, etc at the front desk . Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Wonderful stay. "

"Room bathroom was not so clean. Breakfast was not to good. Second floor hallway smelled and was always hot. "

"The room and amenities were as advertised but we had a major problem with staff. I had booked this stay for my husband as he was driving cross country and I accidentally booked it under my name. I could not change the name in the app so my husband requested he change the revelation to him once he was checking in at 2am. The night shift desk clerk was extremely rude, would not give us any guidance as to how to resolve the issue, and his only offer to rectify the situation was to book a second reservation. I called and discussed with him, offered to send photos of my ID, or cancel the reservation for a refund and rebook but he refused. We had to call Choice Hotels who called and asked him to change the name on the reservation but he still refused. Then I called Hotels.com who called and asked him to change the name and he finally agreed after keeping us up for over an hour at 2am. It ended up being a very quick fix that he was just refusing to do the entire time. "
