"On Expedia shows a certain caliber of reviews and stars for the quality of the hotel and the service just did not match what was promised. The service in general was very slow. Between the valet service and request requesting things from the front desk I always had to call twice. I also thought that the hostess of the restaurant was very rude and not very warm and are welcoming.
