"The hotel is very modern and uptodate and very, very clean. The staff is very helpful and proactive. This is my second stay at the hotell this year---the last time I had a few issues with self parking related to the gate not lifting when I wanted to exit the parking garage --this time I had zero issues. So the first time most likely was just an unfortunate one time issue. "

"There was a small issue with one of my room bookings, however the staff offered us a $20 credit to use which was very appreciative. The rooms were comfortable, smelled very good. Hyatt will be my go to for traveling from now on. "

"Just want to pass on what a fantastic time me and my wife have had at your beautiful Hotel. Everyone has been wonderful, but want to single out one exceptional person Mohammad in 1600 was great .
