"The staff was excellent! We arrived early after a long day getting there. We asked, even though we were there well before the normal check in, to get in early. They offered us a different room, still a suite, for the night. They also warned us that there was going to be several hockey teams in the next night and our now room would be on that floor. They suggested that we could move back the next morning to the original room that would be several floors away. They even offered "just leave your bags in the room and we will move them for you". Tell me that isn't excellent service. There was also a power outage, due to the city, that affected the hotel. They did an excellent job of providing what they could to the guests and putting out additional lights in the stairs for safety. I would happily go back there."

"We didn't get the room we thought we were supposed to get (it was smaller and no balcony and broken blinds) but when notified the front desk manager moved us as soon as possible which was much appreciated. The overall rooms are improved from our last stay but still a work in progress. Overall however we really enjoyed - especially the new room. The shower is very powerful, the kitchen facilities all you would need although a bit light re utensils, the bed comfortable and overall clean. We will probably book again."

"Room was clean. Property was always kept clean. Check in process smooth. Most of the staff were friendly. Some staff at the restaurant during breakfast buffet were rude and only seem to cater to certain racial ethnicities. Were not asked for coffee nor refills even though some people were offered. Buffet selection was not the greatest and they kept the same menu everyday"

"We had such an amazing stay at Eldorado Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything felt so warm and welcoming. The cleanliness was top-notch—our room was spotless and beautifully maintained, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. The vibe of the place is honestly unmatched—peaceful, scenic, and full of good energy. Waking up by the lake and just soaking in the views was the highlight of our trip. And the food… absolutely delicious! Every meal we had was fresh, flavorful, and so well presented. You can tell they really care about the experience. Overall, it was the perfect mix of relaxation, great service, and good vibes. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to! ✨"

"Interesting layout. The rooms surround a spacious outdoor grass courtyard. The north wing must exit into the courtyard to access the pool, hot tubs (2, one was out of order,) lobby and continental breakfast dining room. The bed in our room (126) should be replaced. The continental breakfast had a decent variety and the hot items were hot and tasty. The staff were pleasant and hustled to keep up and accommodate the long weekend rush as there were several soccer teams lodged for the weekend. "
