Breakfast was great and the blueberry pancakes are fantastic. This is the hotel to book in Kennebunkport!"

"The location is not as advertised. The club house is a pretty long walk from the main house and the ocean. We tried to switch to the main house but even rooms advertised as ocean view had no ocean to be seen. The staff is extremely poorly trained and unhelpful."
