Rachel, the owner of the motor lodge, bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed and provided suggestions on places to go and directions to get there. "I liked that it was affordable for a nice room in a safe area. I was very comfortable staying there and it was especially quiet which I really liked. If I needed anything the handyman/manager was a text away. They were very responsive, accommodating and also very nice. I really enjoyed my stay there. "

"I checked in at 6pm on Aug 20th, the hotel office building was dark with a “closed” sign hanging in the front. I then called the office and surprisingly I could neither talk to anyone nor leave a voicemail because the mail box was full. It was upsetting that this hotel completely disregarded their customers in such an unprofessional manner. I was left high and dry and had to rearrange my hotel booking in the evening. Horrible experience ever! Would appreciate Hotel.com to link us up with...
