Picked this hotel for a 3 night stay for my 86year old mother as was close to hospital for a medical appointment. She has limited mobility so this seemed ideal.
Room was clean and comfortable and she was able to relax.
However on the Saturday she was told the restaurants were closed for service for the whole weekend! I find this very poor as she then didnt eat for 36hrs until she was at the airport to return home. I questioned room service availability and she said she had been told there was none which I think she may have misunderstood as surely some food was available? Due to her poor balance she didnt go out to find any food and just had water and coffee.
Really disappointed when I heard all this and wont be using the hotel again.

Great location in centre of CBD close to shops restaurants and transport. Room wss comfortable and very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay again

Class all the way and Phillip at reception was brilliant. The advice he gave regarding local restaurants was well received and accurate. The only disappointment was we had only one night there!
