"The actual condo accommodation was a 10/10. Dealing with KBM management company was less than ideal and detracted from the experience. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed. It was spotless, smelled great, had plenty of soaps, towels, and beach necessities, and air conditioning was even left on, so the apartment was quite comfortable upon our arrival. RedAwning is an excellent company with a superb customer relations attitude."

View from balcony, sunsets on the property, ocean noise and beach access were all 10/10. Wifi was fast and reliable. Parking situation and general grounds were very good.
