Great location, room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staffs.Price was reasonable and free breakfast. This my 5th time stay in this hotel. Will be back again for my next trip.

It was really a pleasant stay and the view was so beautiful. Our charity golf was well organised there.

Property is in the city centre and above a shopping mall. The coordinator (Rose) is very responsive.

1. The Oceanus Shopping Mall is not fully operational. However the 3 convenient-marts along the corridor did help. 2. The bathroom walk-in closet is fantastic. More lighting in shower and vanity area will help in attending ourselves. Sofa and carpet looks pretty aged. It will be good if there’s a sofa cover (washable) to rest on, feeling more fresh and comfortable. The tv top quarter screen illumination is dark-shaded, uneven one-sided brightness. Great Location, Clean room, As per photos

Our state was very nice. No problems. Just to be aware that this is not the touristy part of town. With no offense meant, we were the only white couple. We saw the whole time in this area. Everyone was smiling and friendly. No problem whatsoever with the locals they were very welcoming!

Hotel was near jetty and was suitable to go islands hopping anytime. Nearby shopping mall and night market. Booked family room and was surprised the room was big. Breakfast spread was impressive. The seaview from the swimming pool was great too. Will definitely go back again.

The staffs as mentioned in the title, are very friendly and helpful in serving you. I lost my water bottle during the water rafting which I booked with the hotel itself, and the staffs are very efficient and willing to help me out in order to get the water bottle back. Stayed here with my family for 4 nights. Check in was very smooth and to my surprise I was upgraded from Superior to Deluxe room for FREE! I got a room in the 11th floor overlooking the sea and the view was brilliant. Hotel is pretty good and room looked fairly new and well maintained. Nice toiletries and innovative switches for lights. Bath tub was outside the bath room with no partition from the bed. So, couldn't use it but again I am not a big fan of bath tub anyway. Hands down for the...
