"Everything was wonderful except for the fact that they let residential people of Key West use all they meant it is at the hotel for free. I was paying an extra $35 a day resort fee to use the amenities at the hotel. I had resident people come into the hotel and solicit me to use the restaurant rent their boats, etc. A few days I was unable to use a hot tub because there was teenage kids in the hot tub that lived in Key West. They were able to use of facilities by walking in the back gate of the hotel by the pool. I talked to the general manager about this and I was informed he wasn’t gonna do anything about it because he was allowing the resident use the facilities for free. I’ve never been to a nice resort that I was spending over $400 a night and but outsiders use, all the amenities at the hotel.. There was no security at the hotel so anybody could just walk in to the hotel. We had cards to use to get in our hotel room, but that was the only use for the card. I felt very uncomfortable knowing this information. One day there was over 200 people at the pool and many many people that we’re not staying there."
