There are hidden costs, the front desk"conceirge" is unknowledgeable about anything "Key West", you have to request to have your room cleaned., it is faraway from any activities or restaurants except for "their" restaurant The Stoned Crab which is expensive and not great food. The "free" breakfast is just ok."

"Ocean view room. Very nice staff. Close to lots of attractions. The perfect stay for a first time solo traveler. I will definitely return! "

"Front desk staff (especially Joseph!!) were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ample and tasty. The pool was lovely. Room was clean and well-cleaned daily. We did have a little problem with our air conditioning that was partially resolved."

"Pool View could see ocean from room through trees. Good property, but elevator was broken. Maid service mediocre, they seemed to do their job with a grudge. Food expensive but mediocre in quality. Fortunately many great restaurants very near by. Walk down the beach to the left about 50 yards and you are at Louies Backyard, one of the best on Key West."
