It is a beautiful location. When built 20 years ago it was to a very high standard. Safely it is getting very tired. We had a luxury bungalow with access via step and very irregular steps. The sanitary ware was deteriorating and the surface of the sink and bath having dark surface defects. The mechanical plug in the bath had parts missing and replaced with a chained plug. Water was Luke warm.

Beautiful location; view is not as spectacular as other, nearby, locations, but rooms are very large and comfortable. Staff is polite, professional, courteous, and responsible. Pool and restaurant were closed as a result of Covid.

Old resort with little facilities
Hotel service very very poor..rms are old n bed with mites..stay 3nites there..was beaten by the mites all over my 2 legs..order rm service for tuna sandwich..took 2hrs to reach the rms...rms are far fm hotel lobby with limited buggy...great disappointment

Enjiyable stay
We enjoyed the stay every much. The bed was very comfortable. The only setback is that it is not elderly friendly as there is no lift to service the rooms.

It is quite surprise me when we pay for 3 person prices per room,what we get everything only for 2 persons eg: bed towel,water and breakfast...Is that the third person is transparent? And also not suitable for elder to stay bcoz of the walkway to room up,down & uneven.the worst is walkway to room no light.When we walk at day & night we use our PHONE TORCH to light up the walkway. 😰It's really very dark feel like stay inside the jungle.

Need of make over
Has passed the prime of its life, at least the simple room we had. Would definitely benefit from a make over! Also would appreciate better signposting from the main road. Was difficult to find, especially at night. Otherwise our stay was good, including the breakfast.

Nice environment and spacious room
Very spacious room. Nice cottage feel and european style environment. Nice cool weather during dawn and night. Breakfast is adequate. Overall pleasant stay. Good to use their buggy service or you would have to climb up slope to the rooms.

Not recommended especially for foreigners
Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. There is no love or care from the management and service is ordinary. Serious shortage of staff and the breakfast was at best just ordinary..hot food was cold with no facilities to keep the food warm..plus tables not cleaned properly..no tv channels for overseas visitors.. Also elderly people should avoid this hotel as no elevators. Only positive was the size of the room ..

Hotel experience was as expected, spacious room halfway up the hill on which the resort sits. Lunch in the hotel restaurant was excellent as was the view, looking out over the pool down at ground level. Visited the pool room (2 large tables) but it was not available to us during our stay (also note it was 150THB for 1 hour) Toured the area after checking out, looked at the Blue Sky Resort (6,000THB per night!), then went to the peak to get a close up look at the wind turbines, great view out over the valley.

Big hotel but a bit old
Room is quite big abd clean but a bit old. Staff st reception is friendly.

We are group of 3 peoples with elder. We barely walk out from the chalet due to the way is hard to walk for elder

Nice mountain retreat
Overall a pleasant stay. Rooms are old but comfortable and with character. If you wake up early in the morning you can climb the stairs to phukaew peak and view the sunrise over the valley. Great buffet style breakfast too.

1. Smelly flush even i was staying at Suite room 2. Old carpet, should change immidiately 3. Cheap spare bed, not strong 4. Expensive price compare to all the things that i got

Hotel in the hills
Hotel needs complete renovation my bathroom was outdated and so was the bed, the head board fell off during the night. Water so slow took 35 minutes to run the bath. Shower was out of the question. If you re from the east then the breakfast is for you! If you are from the west apart from fried egg or toast no cerial or nice breads.

Beautiful but not the best for view y price
When you arrive for breakfast after 150 people Thai from buses you have nothing to eat...It is a hotel for Thai people not for farang... It is the second time I go there and it is the second time I regreat to go there ...I choice a beautiful room for 3 people but when I arrive I have place for only 2 people, toilets for 2 people but I pay for 3 people ...garden is not perfect ...not easy to arrive to rooms ...I think Blue Sky is better but you have not many choices in that area...
