"Room was small but functional. Bed was hard and pillow uncomfortable, but manageable for one night. Property is a bit dated. We arrived a bit early and the lady at check in access very irritated. Came back later and the guy was friendly and helpful."

Just 1 street off the main street. Pharmacy that connects to the hotel directly. 5mins walk to the Shinkansen station. Nearby Takashimaya and Aeon. All is good

Great location… comfortable room for couple.
Quiet and sound proofing. Rooms are located on 6th and 7th floor. Onsen and breakfast lounge located on 7th floor.
Plenty of great dining options and malls within 500m of hotel. Definitely preferred option for next trip.

Very good stay, staff were friendly and helpful, walking distance to the river, food nearby was very good. Nothing to complain.
Room was big and spacious for family of 4, we booked the family deluxe room.
Will stay there again if I drop my kurashiki again.
