"Overall great property! Very friendly staff who helped us with an earlier check-in and checkout time when things came up. The pool was great and it’s a great location/beautiful property and value for the cost was amazing. There were a lot of bugs in our place and the water was shutoff for a day and communication around that could have been better but I recommend this place 100%"

"Absolutely terrible. I had to wake up every morning and line up at 6:15 am to get pool chairs. The hotel charges for beach chairs which I never encountered with other hotels. The staff is not so friendly, especially the concierge named "Sharp" (?) that she should not be in this business. The restaurants including Loulu were overpriced with not so great food. I live in OC, CA and we have an access to beach and we have a pool at home. If I have to line up in the morning to reserve pool chairs and pay for beach chairs, I don't know why we had spend so much money to stay at this hotel."

"Best spot for us in Kihei! Walk to beaches, great food nearby, shuttle driver to take us to shopping, further beaches & restaurants. Beach chair rental at hotel. Super friendly staff. I love the pool and pool bar with food. Live music that sets the mood at night. I can't wait to return. Our trip was perfect. "

"Last night on an extended trip to Asia, stopped over in Maui. A perfect end to our trip (despite the inclement weather). We have always stayed in the Ka'anapali area of Maui, but due to weather Wailea was better option for this trip and The Four Seasons didn't disappoint. Would definitely consider staying again on our next trip to Maui."
