"'Thermal suite' was a sauna and a steam room with basically no steam. One of the worst thermal suites i have been in.
The hotel is clearly not maintained to a 5 star standard.
Very disappointed.
No proper bar in the hotel either, which was very strange. You could get a drink at your dinner table.
The room was very nice and clean however.
Again, this is a decent 4 star hotel at best, but charging 5 star prices.
Won't be returning. "
