"Room and common areas presented very well, nice plus large breakfast, excellently located for tour departures, restaurants and train station (all “next door”) plus short walk to the national park."
"A beautiful hotel, a short walk into downtown but we didn't mind. The rooms were well appointed, we also enjoyed the bar in the evening for a quiet spot. The fire on the lobby fireplace was a nice touch in the evening."
"We enjoyed our stay at Killarney heights hotel! We had an incredible dinner after a long day. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The only downside for us would be that there was no AC, we visited during a March heatwave in Ireland. The staff did provide a fan to help! There is also a nice big window you can open and it was a quiet side of town so no loud noise at night. We would love to visit again soon! "
"The hotel is in immaculate condition and you can tell how much care and thought has been put into the refurbishments. The communal areas are gorgeous and the bedrooms are stunning whilst also being extremely modern with every extra you can think of (think Dyson hairdryers, clothes steamers, modern aircon and light controls).
But what really made our stay were the staff, each was somehow friendlier and more helpful than the last and it made our short stay really special. From the valet and concierge, to the spa which was so welcoming, and the housekeeping and waiting staff who were so kind and proactive without being invasive. Couldn’t recommend enough."
