Good and Bad
The good: location, the suites have a jetted tub. Water was the hottest of any motel I've been to (which is what I prefer) and it had a mini fridge, microwave and direct TV. The bad: the room was filthy. Chipped paint, rust, cigarette holes in the bedding, dead bugs and spiders and tile chipped or falling apart everywhere. Furniture was also pretty dirty and outdated. Check out was at 11 and the manager was knocking on the door at 11 on the door to shoo people out. I didn't think it was worth what I was charged.

Could only pay in advance. Furnishings look like they came from garage sales. Patio door had no lock. Didn't stay at all. Agreed to pay for one day and got a refund for the remainder.

Nasty, nasty nasty!
It was a nasty room. Absolutely filthy. A waste of money. Bathroom fixtures for the tub. Did not operate properly. Had big leaks running down the wall and onto the floor. There were some roaches in the room, so I slept with the lights on all night. Never again.

Only booked the room to swim, thank goodness. Pool was full of foliage, shower was falling apart, 2 and a half flat pillows, we didnt even sleep there. The plus side: Ac works good and has no bugs.

In the motel was easy to get to it was clean the best thing that children loved was the pool very very good clean the view was great. The rooms were clean the beds were comfortable. The service was great

Cheap stay on business
Friendly staff. Coffee from dispenser not too good & only Cheerios & Raisin Bran is your breakfast & only until 9 am. No iron or board in room. Bed was comfortable & surroundings fairly quiet. Last day saw large roach in middle of the room & bugs & spider webs all on outside. Outdated & needs remodeling.

In our 1st room there was bugs in the shower and wasn't greatly cleaned, so we switched rooms and that room wasn't clean that great either and there was mice droppings on top of fridge and microwave

The rooms are nasty. I killed a few roach's. Rooms are run down. Light fixtures didn't work. Volume on TV went in and out. Bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Filthy place. Don't recommend. Pay more and stay somewhere else

First look around: the toilet set was broken. Little black spots on the bedding. Lock on back door was just a chain about to fall off the wall. I do not feel it was river side when there is a build between the hotel and the river. The building itself look run down.

It wasninfested with cockroaches. Drug activity filthy rooms bugs in the bed. Toilet wouldn't flush. Air conditioner did not work. Spent ammunition casings outside the door. There were 8 people staying in the room next to us milling around all night long looking into my vehicle and room window. Moved the desk chair and 5 or 6 roaches fell out and ran away. When i asked manager to fix toilet and air conditioner or a different room he shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn't help me. The pictures on line are very misleading. Worst travel experience ever. I paid for a week and even purchased insurance through Orbitz. It was so bad we only stayed one night because it was late and we had no other options. Was unable to recoup almost $600. Should have read the reviews. Lesson learned. Glad I wasn't traveling with kids. Did not feel safe.

Upon arrival they tried to charge my card a second time. Staff informed me that the looks on the door didn’t work and they would have to manually key the room but someone was going to fix in by the end of the night. The lock was never fixed the, young man that worked at night was very helpful but the man and woman that work during the day seemed like it was a hassle to open my room when I came back from getting breakfast because they didn’t offer any even though the website said they did

Check in was easy, we had the junior suite with the jetted tub, which was amazing after a long day of travel. The only problems we had was: not enough towels and none were brought on request, the residents that live on site monopolized the pool the entire time there was no room for any guest, and our room had cockroaches, but Orkin was on site.

The room had a smell and also had an old kitchen in it with a built in refrigerator that had no power When I opened them door the smell of mold radiated throughout the room making the smell much worse. The towels had stains on them and the small shampoo bottles were empty. The furniture was not too bad though.

I booked a 2 night stay but checked out after the first night. I’ve never stayed in a dirtier place in my life. There were stains and cigarette burn holes in the sheets, mildew in the shower, gaps underneath the outside door, and my kids feet turned black from walking across the floor. I didn’t feel safe. There were people coming and going from a nearby room all through the night. I shouldn’t have even stayed the single night that we did except out of desperation as most all other places were sold out. My truck bed would have been a safer and cleaner choice. Hotels.com should not even allow this place to book through them.
