"When we booked we didn't realize the "hotel" was not air-conditioned. We visited London during a heatwave 95 to 96 degrees 4 days straight. They did provide 2 fans which helped some. Room was smaller than I expected. We have bedrooms home that are larger than the combined room and bathroom. Our shower at home is larger than the entire restroom. This was more of what I would call a guest house. Not exactly a hotel. Overall the stay was fine. Staff was great and very helpful."
