On arrival, the only information was a tiny notice on the entrance of the hotel redirecting us to another of the grange hotels. "This was my third stay at a CitizenM property and it was not the best thing. Not sure if it is a London hotel thing or just a CitizenM thing In London, but as a U.S. citizen who travels a lot, I was horrified that the hotel does not supply wash cloths...only hand and bath towels. No one could clearly tell me the reason behind it, just that they don't. So my question remained...how in the hell do you expect guests to wash their bodies? Hand towels are too large. The other issue was that the ipad was sketchy. I could not use at all to control the TV. The TV screen came on but I could not access any channels without using the remote. I disliked the location of my room but did not make a fuss because I was only staying 2 nights, but not a good thing to put a woman traveling alone near a door that employees only have access to. Let's acknowledge that everyone in our world does not have the best intentions and that is a huge safety issue to consider. The staff were very friendly and professional. I did not expect less and it was definitely another beautifully decorated hotel. I also loved that I was right next door to the subway station and located near so many things I wanted to see and do."
