"This was a wonderfully clean and new hotel - very close to the ferries. It made our ferry delay very enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend. Staff was very kind and my daughter loved the the chocolates from the front desk :)"

"Room is basic and a bit rough. Even for $120 the basics should work correctly. The shower head just dribbles water, the handle to the shower came off it my hand. Ended up not being able to take a shower. I left a bag in the room after check out. I don’t understand why hotels can’t just send you a quick note to say you left something behind. It’s lazy."

"The front desk staff was excellent-he did his best to get us a quiet room when the hotel was very busy with a large hockey team. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed and linens were excellent!"

"I request to chack in 2 hours early because i had a meeting mrng 6 Am and they didn’t charge extra nd allow me . But only think disappointed no water there , even to tap in kitchen , when i asked to manager she said use from washroom nd boild it , mean seriously why i drink from washroom if paying 134$ . Even room was street side , all night car horrows disturbed alot"

"I don't know that Expedia has air BNB room. I don't know it is not hotel. It's a home, so it is not private and sound proof. When I arrived in the evening, I cannot see the home address clearly, the light is dimmed. But the owner is very nice and helpful. Also the share bathroom. I like it so far. Thank you for the owner hospitality. "
