"The room was sprayed with so much scent spray that I could not breathe without coughing I had to sleep with the window open. My eyes were tearing from the smell. I told the front desk and they said they would let the manager know. When I spoke to the manager as I was checking out she claimed to have no idea of the issue. Clearly, there was an issue in that room that the maids attempted to cover up with the toxic scent."

"Overall it was an enjoyable experience. Room service wasn't the best and had to ask several times for toiletry refills and such (because they said they would bring it and then never did). I also was hoping they would clean the room a little better between days. If I had cleaning supplies I would have myself! I have two young kids that make messes. It would be nice if they had a lifeguard or someone supervising the pool. A drunk man almost landed on my son when he decided to fall in the pool. So, maybe not the most kid friendly. "

"The property is clean and well maintained. The housekeeping staff was helpful and good. But the staff at the front desk and the restaurant ‘Kester’ was very unfriendly. They didn’t know anything you ask them. I was charged etc on the bill from the restaurant which I didn’t buy. No one cared to resolve the matter. Never going there again."

"Overall, the place is clean and room is nice. The only downside is the Internet speed and connection goes in and out. Depending how close you are to the office usually it’s faster near the office. I was originally booked in a room far from the office and there was no connection and the TV was not connecting to the Internet."

"Air conditioner was noisy.. room was dirty ..property was falling apart and a big hole above patio door where some sort of critters where living above our heads while we were laying in bed .. so we left and got another room 5 days early ..i asked for refund for days i wasnt there and they said no .. room.314 honeymoon suite .. "

"Bathroom was horrible condition, floor dirty, shower walls with hair on it before use the shower, deep small humidity,shower head fall when I was taking shower, honestly not recommended. "

"KASA was ideal. Great text communication which was handy. Breakfast from 8 to 11. Towels in the lobby. Fridge in the room. Nice 1.5 mile walk to shops and food in Deerfield Beach. Flanigans is a must!!"
