"Finally after 2 weeks in Japan in the uncomfiest beds this hotel had the comfiest beds. I will absolutely stay here anytime I'm back. The rooftop spa is incredible after 2 weeks of walking more than you ever have. Beautiful property gorgeous views all the employees were so nice. Room is good size shower was great. Location is right across from a subway station. There's a lawson below the hotel for all the snacks and drinks you need. This was my highlight hotel of the trip. The area is a little businessey less touristy I found the quietness nice after dealing with large crowds for 2 weeks. I will reiterate the spa at the top is incredible. The gym is really nice as well. "

"Excellent hotel for the families. Quiet area but literally right next to the train station so very convenient to get around to any location.Several top notch bakeries and restaurants in the area. Rooms were relatively spacious according to Japan standards and exceptionally clean. Highly recommended."

"The area was very clean and the convenient walk to the train station was a huge plus. It also didn’t hurt to have a 7/11 literally right next to your hotel ;) The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Definitely would recommend this hotel to folks planning on venturing to Osaka and/or Universal Studios Japan."
