What really made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional customer service—the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We originally booked for just one night, but we enjoyed it so much we decided to stay another night! A tip for future guests: Definitely book through Expedia! The price was significantly better than booking directly at the hotel, and it made a huge difference when we extended our stay.
