"The best weekend escape. This is my second time here and I’m 100% sure I will be coming back again. It is worth so much more than what you pay. It’s spacious with a private indoor and outdoor bath. You even have your own garden space which you can enjoy all day with the big glass windows. The breakfast was healthy and warm, perfect to start the day. The surrounding area is very peaceful and feels like the perfect escape. I was feeling stressed from my busy work life in Tokyo and a night at this ryokan healed me. I will be back soon."
"Breakfast buffet was great. But time to stop imposing the silly Covid-era measures in the dining area, all of which have proven to be without any scientific or medical basis. If there are guests that complain about removing such measures, they should just stay at home with their neuroses and not bother to leave their homes. Other than that, what a lovely dog friendly place to stay! The pool is great; I would just ask the management to consider revising the morning opening times which make it difficult to enjoy the pool and onsen, in addition to taking breakfast. "
"The hotel has excellent facilities, in particular with private outdoor hot spring water bath, which is very enjoyable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent, but little too expensive. The hotel also has shuttle bus to the train station. Some facilties need proper maintainence, such as basin. Cleaness could be improved. Overall, this is a good hotel."
