"Clean and big enough room. Close to attractions, transport and restaurants. Staff were friendly. We got the only ground floor room which was not ideal. Noise from other guests in the lobby were noticeable. Parking was very limited and we couldn't get free parking in the end but needed to park somewhere nearby, the parking fee was not expensive however."

"Great hotel to stay in Kumamoto. It's near the Kumamoto castle, Sakura-no-baba Josaien and the sakuramachi shopping centre. The hotel has a lot of on-site amenities such as a public bath and a restaurant. Staff are helpful and attentive."

"Space could be improved. The rooms are tiny. The tub leaked and flooded floor during a bath. So tubs aren’t sealed. It is located in downtown Kumamoto 10-15 min walk from Kumamoto Castle "
