Nice place to stay.

Good location and comfortable room. 5 mins walk to the Castle and shopping mall. It is a bit noisy coz the bus stop is very closed to the hotel.

Location was superb right outside the Hanabatacho station. Across the street from the Kumamoto Castle and in a huge shopping district. Staff were great the only negatives were the desk chair was heavily stained along with the bed pillows needed replacing. With a little upkeep we would of given this hotel 5 stars.

部屋も広く、設備も綺麗でビジネス利用としてはとってもコスパの良いホテルでした。唯一、私が利用した部屋の問題かと思いますが、柱の位置が悪く大き目のキャリーケースが良い場所で開ききれず、変な置き方をせざるを得なかった事くらいです、それ以外は非常に良いホテルでした。

ホテルの設備などは清潔で好感が持てる。 たまたまかもしれないが、部屋の位置が繁華街に面しており、クラクションや酔っ払いの大きな声などが早朝までうるさく、ほとんど眠れなかった。 宿泊施設で眠れないは致命的なので、防音対策を早急にお願いしたい。

商店街や繁華街に近く、また熊本城も目の前なので立地はとても良いと思います。 飛行機が遅れてしまい遅い時間のチェックインでしたがスタッフの方は笑顔で迎えてくれました。 お部屋はひとりでは十分すぎるほど広く清潔でした。設備も整っていて、特に洗い場のスペースがあるお風呂はとても気に入っています。

清潔なお部屋で広々と使いやすく、お湯をためてゆっくり浸かれるお風呂もとても助かりました。14時からチェックインできたので、熊本についてまずチェックインし、荷物を置いて身軽に観光に出掛けられました。病み上がりの旅行ですこし心配でしたが、熊本城のすぐそばにあり、お城見学や街歩きで疲れたら一旦ホテルに戻って休憩、回復したらまた出かけるという風に無理なく楽しめました。 路面電車が通る大通りに面しており、電車が来るたびに警告音やアナウンスが鳴るので、部屋でゆっくり過ごしたい方にはちょっとうるさいかもしれません。夜間は静かです。 2泊して2日とも朝食をとりましたが、バイキングで冷めたり乾燥した料理が多かったので、食事は外で食べる方がいいです。
