"新しいホテルで、きちんと清掃もされており、部屋は快適でした。深夜の到着でもスタッフの方がとても丁寧に対応くださり、ありがたかったのですが、コインランドリーを使用しようとしたところ、全てに洗濯物が入っており、１つは使用中で、残りは洗濯終了しているが取りにこない。フロン トに言っても、暗証番号でナンバーロックするようになっているので、本人でないと取り出せないといわれ、夜中2時に車で近隣のコインランドリーにいくはめになり、最悪の宿泊でした。スタッフの方は終始丁寧で、チェックアウトでも謝罪があったが、客のマナー頼みの設備は考えてもらいたいです。"

"Wir haben zu viert in der Poe-Unterkunft übernachtet. Es ist ein super Campingplatz mit allem, was man braucht. Wir hatten eine eigene Dusche und Toilette, die sehr sauber waren. Das Zelt war dank der Klimaanlage auch im April angenehm warm.
Besonders beeindruckend war der atemberaubende Blick auf den Mount Fuji sowie das sehr nette und hilfsbereite Team – der Service war perfekt. Der Kaffee mit dem wundervollen Blick auf den Mount Fuji war eines der besten Erlebnisse.
