"It was very clean and well maintained property. The staff was extremely welcoming and kind as I had to ask them to hold luggage both before checkin and also on the day of checkout without hesitation they were holding it for long time. The location is very close to Yokohama station but I had a bit of problem finding it as you have to go through atrium of shopping mall. So make sure you use navigation app! "
