The front desk staff was polite and super friendly HOWEVER we only had one pillow on the bed and 2 towels. When we asked for more towels we were told they couldn’t get us any. 2 towels for 4 people. Outlets were broken, tv didn’t work properly, tiles missing from bathroom, and the tub didn’t work. We made do, but would not recommend staying here.

The room was very clean, brand new bathroom, staff was very attentive. Great option for the price especially on game day weekend. Short uber ride to UTK and the hotel was offering complimentary uber rides on game day, a very nice touch. Overall this is a great option when you just need a place to sleep.

It was a clean hotel with friendly service. Perfect for a night or two for the traveler. It seems to cater to the trade workers, so I don’t know if it’s perfect for a family doing the tourist thing, but it does have a pool, so to each there own.
